[Allen Ginsberg Image]Here's some of my favorite writers, although quite honestly it does not come close to exhausting the list of writer's whom i enjoy reading.

The Beats

I really like the Beat writers, William S. Burroughs, Jack Kerouac, and Allen Ginsberg. I really enjoy reading their work and continually return to it, always finding something in it.

Lewis Carroll

Lewis Carroll is just very cool. His work, while aimed at children can be enjoyed just as much by adults, much like Bugs Bunny Cartoons, the Asterix comics from France, or MAD Magazine.

Sci-Fi

I have always enjoyed science fiction/fantasy, or whatever it is called. It is a genre of fiction that is in some respects more gratifying than the typical stuff found in fiction sections in libraries or on college reading lists. They tend to go beyond the day-to-day existence of the world, exploring the human condition in other-worldly situations. Sometimes though the other-world that is being explored is right here within our own. Listed below are some of my favorite writers.
